Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., personal care, feeding, or intimate products) may not be eligible for return.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
Return Process
Contact us here with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if your item qualifies.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on Aurelli’s part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order separately.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety, the following items cannot be returned:
Opened feeding accessories (e.g., bottles, storage bags, warmers)
Personal care products
Gift cards or downloadable items
